Cardiologist

Dr. Noor brings 10 years of experience as a Specialist Cardiologist. She joined Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) Abu Dhabi in January 2023 where she specialises in different cardiovascular ailments such as coronary artery disease, lipid disorders, hypertension, heart failure, heart rhythm disorders and peripheral vascular disease in diabetic patients.

She received her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science from Ayub Medical College, Peshawar College, Pakistan, in 2004. She then completed her fellowship in Cardiology at the Post Graduate Medical Institute, Peshawar, Pakistan in 2012. Dr. Noor is a formally trained and accredited supervisor for cardiology fellowships with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). Over the course of five years, she has supervised more than 100 individuals, which include interns, residents and fellows.

Prior to joining ICLDC, Dr. Noor worked at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she was involved in providing the full range of non-invasive cardiology services for both in and out-patient departments. She also served as the Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar, Pakistan, where she treated a spectrum of cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases, in addition to training Cardiology fellows.

Her specialties include diabeto-cardiology, lipidology and heart failure management. Dr. Noor is a well published author in various peer reviewed journals. She has penned several articles on subjects such as cardiovascular conditions in patients with diabetes. She continues to play an active role as an educator and as an industry expert, sharing her knowledge around cardiovascular health.
